Job Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Job Overview:
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be responsible for leading the company's financial operations, strategic financial planning, reporting, capital management, regulatory compliance, and process improvement. The CFO will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's financial strategy and ensuring its financial health, while also overseeing IT and supply chain strategies. This position requires a strong background in financial management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Operations:
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and auditing processes.
- Ensure that financial activities comply with relevant regulations and standards.
Strategic Financial Planning:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive financial strategy.
- Focus on long-term planning, risk assessment, and investment evaluation to support business growth.
Reporting:
- Supervise the preparation and distribution of financial statements.
- Ensure timely communication of key financial information to stakeholders.
- Manage relationships with auditors.
Capital Management:
- Oversee fundraising efforts by engaging with financial institutions to secure necessary funding.
- Optimize capital costs and maintain liquidity ratios.
Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to financial activities, including tax obligations.
Process Improvement:
- Continuously evaluate and enhance financial processes to align with business growth and changing market conditions.
- Strengthen internal controls to mitigate risks.
Audit Oversight:
- Lead internal audit teams to ensure compliance with company policies and effective management of inventory.
IT Strategy Implementation:
- Create IT strategies that support business objectives.
- Ensure robust systems are in place for seamless operations and driving automation initiatives.
Supply Chain Strategy:
- Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies.
- Manage purchasing, inventory, vendor relations, and distribution processes.
Team Leadership:
- Guide the Finance, IT, Audit, and Supply Chain teams.
- Promote professional development and participate in executive-level decision-making.
Educational Requirements:
- CA or MBA in Finance with 10-20 years of relevant experience.
- Extensive experience in senior financial management roles.
- Proficiency in MS Office and financial management software.
- Experience across various financial functions is a plus.
