Business Operations & Growth Manager (Remote + Weekly On-Site Check-In) | Health & Wellness Industry
Are you an organised, people-savvy, and proactive professional with a passion for health and wellness? We are looking for a dynamic Business Operations & Growth Manager to help drive and support two small businesses—a sports injury clinic and a reformer Pilates studio—both dedicated to delivering exceptional client experiences.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a varied position, combining business development, administration, and client engagement to help us grow while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development – Help implement new ideas to grow the businesses, while also bringing your own fresh perspective.
- Administration – Manage invoices, bookkeeping, stock ordering, and inventory checks.
- Social Media Management – Oversee and contribute to our online presence, helping us engage with our community.
- Operational Support – Handle client and patient queries (emails, calls, and messages) to ensure a seamless experience.
- Team Management – Assist in maintaining positive working relationships.
- Community & Partnership Building – Establish and nurture relationships with local clubs, businesses, and partners.
- Premises Check-In – Ensure the studio and clinic maintain high standards with a weekly on-site visit.
Who We're Looking For:

Hours & Pay:
- 4-6 hours per day (Monday - Friday)
- 20-30 hours per week
- Salary: £29,250-£31,200 per annum - based on 30 hours per week (equivalent to £39,000-£41,600 FTE)
