Now, we’re looking for an Operations Lead to join our founding team, shape our day-to-day operations, and help scale Surreal to new heights.
The Role
As our Operations Lead, you’ll be the architect of Surreal’s operational engine—managing everything from investor updates and content moderation workflows to recruiting, HR, and compliance. You’ll work side by side with our founders to streamline processes, tackle cross-functional projects, and ensure our entire team can focus on building the future of AI-driven talent management.

About You
- Operational Generalist: You have 3–5+ years of experience in operations, management consulting, finance, or a similar role where you wore multiple hats. You love building and refining processes.
- Bias for Action: You’re comfortable owning entire workstreams from concept to execution, even if it’s your first time tackling them. “Figure-it-out” is your motto.
- Excellent Communicator: You can translate complex requirements into clear steps and keep everyone in sync—from execs to external vendors.
- Analytical & Tech-Savvy: Whether it’s a spreadsheet model, AI-driven workflow, or a new project management tool, you embrace technology as a lever to improve efficiency and clarity.
