Job Purpose: Our client is seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee and drive the financial operations of the organization. The CFO will play a critical role in shaping the company's financial strategy, optimizing costs, and ensuring long-term profitability and compliance
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute financial strategies to support growth.
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
- Drive cost-efficiency and manage financial risks.
- Ensure tax, audit, and corporate governance compliance.
- Collaborate with the CEO on investment opportunities.
- Manage plant finance, ensuring cost efficiency, investments and strong financial controls.
- Lead the finance team, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and secure funding as needed.
- Build relationships with banks, financial institutions, and investors.
- Analyse market trends to drive expansion and profitability.
Qualifications & Skills
- Chartered Accountant with 15-25 years of relevant experience.
- Expertise in scaling operations and driving financial strategy, with strong proficiency in corporate finance, taxation, and compliance, ideally within the manufacturing sector.
