Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to be a business partner as well as oversee all financial and administrative aspects of the companies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving financial success and growth within an entrepreneurial environment. Strong interpersonal skills are necessary to effectively manage relationships with owners, employees, bankers, tax advisors, legal counsel and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with owners, managers, employees and other stakeholders to support strategic initiatives and decision-making processes.
- Manage administrative team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the administrative team.
- Oversee tax planning and compliance, ensuring the companies meet all regulatory requirements while maintaining a tax efficient enterprise.
- Ensure compliance with regulations.
- Maintain strong relationships with banks and other financial partners.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in financial management.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
