We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead financial operations and drive business success. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex financial environments, leading cross-functional teams, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
Lead the audit process and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to ensure accurate financial reporting
Lead and develop the accounting team, assessing talent and restructuring as needed
Build and maintain relationships with investors, providing timely and transparent financial updates
Collaborate with executive leadership to drive business growth and financial strategy
Oversee ERP system implementation and integration
Manage financial reporting, including investor communications and financial statements
Establish and maintain comprehensive accounting policies and procedures, covering:
Revenue recognition
Accounting for assets, liabilities, and expenses
Cash and treasury management
Financial reporting and internal controls
Compliance procedures
Develop and maintain a chart of accounts, accounting software configurations, and transaction processing procedures
Implement and enforce procedures for account reconciliation, financial close, and reporting
Ensure proper segregation of duties, authorization processes, and approval workflows
Provide training and support to the accounting team to ensure adherence to financial policies
Continuously review and refine accounting policies to ensure efficiency and compliance

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
MBA or CPA preferred
Demonstrated experience managing complex financial operations
Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proven ability to engage effectively with investors, auditors, and other stakeholders
