Job Details
Position Overview The CFO, reporting to the CEO, will oversee all financial operations within the company. This is inclusive of strategic planning, investment strategy, portfolio management, reporting, compliance, finance & accounting operations.
Day to Day Responsibilities
- Strategic planning for the organization, ensuring that our corporate and divisional plans are aligned with our goals
- Financial analysis, planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Monitor company financial performance to ensure improvements are being made and cost-savings are being realized
- Loan management and administration
- Refinancing existing assets
- Support investment strategy decisions acquisition, disposition, and refinance
- Portfolio management, optimizing subsidiaries and assets via diversification and liability management
- Manage all aspects of reporting
- Compliance & risk management
- Lead, mentor, and coach finance and accounting departments
- Director reports Controller & finance staff
- Additional duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 10+ years financial management experience
- Construction industry
- Financial software implementation
- Advanced Excel skills
- Finance and data analysis
Preferred Qualifications
- CPA
- MBA
- Real Estate & Development management
