Job Description
OKR Management & Coaching:
- Assist in the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the company’s OKR framework, ensuring alignment at the organizational, departmental, and individual levels.
- Support training and coaching efforts for teams on writing effective OKRs and tracking progress against key results.
- Help coordinate quarterly OKR planning cycles, ensuring that all teams set ambitious, measurable objectives and are accountable for their key results.
- Contribute to the review and assessment of progress towards OKRs, providing insights and recommendations for successful outcomes.
SOP Management & Optimization:
- Assist in the creation, implementation, and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across the organization.
- Conduct regular checks on existing SOPs to ensure they are up-to-date, effective, and adhered to by all departments.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and support efforts to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify gaps in current SOPs and suggest improvements that support business growth and scalability.
Cross-Departmental Coordination:
- Help facilitate and organize regular cross-functional meetings, ensuring they are efficient, focused, and aligned with OKR and SOP goals.
- Assist in tracking action items from meetings and following up on deliverables to ensure accountability.
- Work with department heads to support alignment of OKRs and SOPs across teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
Process Optimization & Efficiency:
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across the organization, assisting in identifying inefficiencies, redundancies, and opportunities for performance improvement.
- Analyze business workflows and operational performance, using data and insights to suggest process enhancements.
- Promote a culture of operational excellence by researching best practices, tools, and methodologies to improve overall company efficiency.
Platform Management:
- Assist in managing and maintaining operational platforms and tools used across the organization.
- Ensure that all platforms are updated, fully functional, and integrated seamlessly into business processes.
- Collaborate with teams to troubleshoot platform-related issues and implement solutions promptly.
- Provide insights and suggestions for platform upgrades or new tools that can improve operational efficiency and user experience.
Leadership & Strategy:
- Assist in defining and driving operational efficiency initiatives, ensuring that company goals are met effectively and efficiently.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align operational objectives with business strategy and support the company’s ability to scale as needed.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Finance or Business Administration or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Customer or Sales support, Business Operation and Finance role, preferably in IT Infrastructure environment.
- Understand full spectrum of Sales Management (which includes management of contracts, monitor and support projects).
- Possess intermediate level of technical, financial and analytical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel (Advance level).
- Strong motivated team-player.
- Able to work under stress and deliver within tight deadlines.
- Ability to extract and translate data into concise and meaningful information for Senior Management.
- Able to work efficiently and multi-task with minimum supervision.
