Your Role
As the Founder’s Associate, you will work directly with our leadership team on critical projects ranging from fundraising, go-to-market strategy, and business operations. This is a unique opportunity to help scale a fast-growing company and become a key driver in shaping our trajectory.
Key Responsibilities
- Growth Strategy: Work on go-to-market (GTM) initiatives, including customer acquisition, market analysis, and competitive positioning.
- Operational Excellence: Identify and streamline business processes to scale operations efficiently.
- Data-Driven Insights: Analyze KPIs, track success metrics, and report on growth opportunities.
- Fundraising: Support investor relations, create compelling pitch decks, and manage fundraising processes from strategy to execution.
Who You Are
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: A proactive self-starter who thrives in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
- Strategic Thinker: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with experience in market analysis and business strategy.
- Fundraising Experience: Previous exposure to venture capital, fundraising processes, or investor relations.
