We have been engaged to assist our client, a highly respected and rapidly growing professional services firm, in its search for a Chief Financial Officer. Headquartered in the Greater Philadelphia area, the firm has established itself as a recognized leader within its specialized niche, serving multinational corporations, public companies, and other sophisticated clients across the country and internationally.
The CFO will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team and oversee all accounting and finance functions for the firm. The CFO will partner closely with senior leadership to support growth initiatives, enhance scalability, strengthen operational processes, and provide financial insight to support strategic decision-making.
Requirements:
- BS in Accounting, Finance, or Business required. CPA and/or MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 15 - 20 years progressive accounting and finance experience, with at least 10 years’ experience at the executive level.
- Prior experience within professional services, consulting, project-based businesses, or other complex service environments preferred.
- Strong technical accounting expertise combined with strategic finance and operational leadership capabilities.
- Strong appreciation for procedure, process, and operational excellence.
