Position Overview
The Sales Operations Manager plays a vital role in optimizing All-Rite Spring’s sales operations and managing key customer accounts. Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing, you will be responsible for streamlining processes, strengthening client relationships, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage sales operations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring excellent service and communication.
- Prepare and submit RFQ documents, collaborating with Engineering and Management for data support.
- Maintain proactive communication with customers via email and phone, identifying and addressing their needs.
- Facilitate design review and design-for-manufacturability meetings between All-Rite Spring and customer engineering teams.
- Track and communicate RFQ activity status, including due dates and priorities.
- Coordinate with suppliers to secure quotations for outside products or services related to customer RFQs.
- Work closely with Production to support general order fulfillment and delivery needs.
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations to existing and prospective customers, clearly articulating our value proposition.
- Ensure prompt and thorough follow-through on all customer interactions.
- Occasionally travel to customer sites for purchasing and sales-related meetings.

- A proactive, results-driven professional with a strong sense of ownership and initiative.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed, strategic decisions.
- Strong organizational skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) OR equivalent work experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Willingness and ability (with training) to navigate customer ERP portals as needed.
- Basic math proficiency, including units of measure and conversions.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have, but Not Required)
- Experience in the automotive or industrial markets.
- Background in a manufacturing environment.
Location & Employment Details
- Location: Spring Grove, IL (Relocation assistance is not available at this time.)
- Position Type: Full-Time, Immediate Availability.
- Travel: Occasional travel required.
- Must have a valid state driver’s license.
