Role Description
This is a contract role for a Chief Financial Officer, offering a hybrid working arrangement in Las Vegas, NV, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Chief Financial Officer will oversee financial planning, manage financial statements, conduct financial analysis, and ensure accurate financial reporting. The role includes securing pre-seed, seed, and series A from VC and investors, developing financial strategies, overseeing budgeting, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
Qualifications
- Skills in Financial Planning and developing financial strategies
- Knowledge and experience rising funds for startups and reaching VC investors, corporations, and angel investors.
- Experience with Financial Statements and ensuring regulatory compliance
- Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in financial analysis
- Expertise in Financial Reporting and budgeting
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a hybrid environment
- Experience in the robotics or technology sector is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
