What You’ll Do:
✅ Oversee dispatches to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.
✅ Manage customer relationships, ensuring exceptional service.
✅ Handle vendor management, optimizing supply chains and negotiations.
✅ Oversee product listings and online platform management.
✅ Lead HR functions, including hiring and policy execution.
✅ Continuously improve processes to support scalability.
What We’re Looking For:
✔ 3-5 years of experience in operations, preferably in FMCG or consumer goods.
✔ Comfortable working in a small, fast-paced team with big ambitions.
✔ Strong leadership, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
✔ Experience with CRM, logistics, and vendor management.
✔ Passion for sustainable and innovative business practices.
