Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary decision-maker for the company's financial projects and strategies.
Ensure adherence to Indian Accounting Standards (Ind_AS) issued by the Accounting Standards Board (ASB).
Oversee the quarterly filing of financial statements as required for a publicly listed company.
Manage compliance with all statutory financial regulations, reporting, and disclosure obligations.
Collaborate with stock exchanges (BSE), RTA, NSDL, CDSL, and brokers.
Location Preference: Candidates residing in or willing to relocate to Delhi NCR.
