Matthew 25 AIDS Services is a non-profit healthcare clinic that specializes in the treatment of HIV/AIDS.

Overview:
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO)’s primary responsibility is to oversee and direct financial, accounting, and 340B Program activities in support of Matthew 25’s mission. The CFO ensures sound financial and grant management practices that support organizational growth, financial stability, and community impact goals. The CFO also seeks ways to continuously improve the Finance and 340B departments to align with organizational values. The CFO ensures organizational compliance with relevant laws, funding requirements, tax obligations, and manages organizational risks and liabilities. The CFO will manage the organization’s financial cycle from transactions to financial reporting, grant management, budgeting, and audits. Their duties will cover strategic decision-making across risk management, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), compliance, and internal controls.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required, Master’s Degree preferred
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation preferred
- Proven executive leadership experience (minimum of 5 years) in non-profit financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial data
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate financial information to stakeholders
- Understanding of non-profit regulations and compliance requirements
- Leadership and team management skills to effectively supervise a finance team
- Experience working in a nonprofit organization or a strong desire to work in service driven environment.
