- Oversee critical financial operations, including financial planning, budgeting, revenue cycle, accounting, and payroll.

Your Day:
- Direct financial planning, budgeting, and accounting functions.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, federal/state reporting, and healthcare regulations.
- Develop and execute financial strategies that align with the hospital’s mission and goals.
- Foster strong relationships with financial institutions, medical staff, and the community.
- Monitor financial performance and provide key reports to leadership.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- CPA, CMA, or FHFMA certification (preferred but not required).
- 7+ years of progressive financial leadership experience in healthcare or a related industry.
- Expertise in Critical Access Hospital finance or similar healthcare settings
- Strong knowledge of healthcare reimbursement models and financial regulations.
