Summary
We are seeking a Software Quality Administrator to join our dynamic team at Western Trailers Manufacturing. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software systems, playing a key part in maintaining our commitment to excellence in manufacturing.
Responsibilities
All functions and job duties assigned to the CPQ Software Administrator, including, but not limited to:
- Work with internal business managers to establish system options, help implement solutions, and improve user interface
- Create custom diagrams, models, templates, and other helpful tools within the CPQ system that assist users with product configuration
- Edit documentation produced by CPQ system through modification of related code files
- Learn and understand existing business processes to determine opportunities for operational improvement
- Help CPQ system users with questions, operations, or concerns related to product configuration
- Use queries and reporting tools to gather and understand information. Work with management and stakeholders to recommend and develop appropriate metrics, dashboards, analytic and operational reports.
- Data entry
- Participate in special projects and committees and perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Understanding of computer coding and programing languages
- Computer Science or related experience
- Photoshop experience (preferred)
- Ability to think freely, independently and with others, to discover and implement creative solutions
- Experience or knowledge of world class production systems and manufacturing processes
- Ability to maintain good employee relations within a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to plan, organize, communicate, as well as prioritize work schedule
- Experience with basic computer programs (e.g. Microsoft Office applications).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
