Description
As part of our global Deal Desk team, you will be responsible for Deal reviews and approvals, accurate processing, timely communication of status and resolution of any ensuing issues. Your work entails supporting Sales with quote accuracy, deal processing and Sales reporting. You will act as Sales, Partner, and customer advocate on all transactions and represent the GTM Operations organization in Gigamon’s APAC region.
What You'll Do
- Facilitate non-standard discount approvals submitted to Deal Desk
- Process and book Sales and Distribution orders
- Act as the Sales Operations point of contact for Gigamon’s APAC Sales Leaders, including our Regional VP of APAC Sales
- Deliver weekly bookings and forecast reports to upper management and produce other reports as needed
- Monitor high dollar and/or complex deals in SFDC and ensure opportunities are set up accurately
- Manage Salesforce.com data integrity and assist with clean-up initiatives
- Maintain customer data in ERP
- Liaise between Sales and internal departments, including Finance and Manufacturing
- Other duties as assigned
What You've Done
- BA/BS degree in Business or related field.
- 3+ years in Sales Operations or Order Management
- High attention to detail and proven organization and administration skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work assignments in collaboration with various business units
- Ability to accomplish projects with little or no supervision
- MS Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas (i.e. VLOOKUP) a plus
- Experience using ERP and CRM applications. Salesforce.com a plus
- Experience using Microsoft Dynamics AX a plus
