Job Title: Sales Management - Europe Region
Location: Frankfurt, Germany
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Operations to oversee the Europe region, based in our Frankfurt office. The role involves driving regional strategy, managing sales operations, and ensuring business objectives align with company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning:
- Develop and execute the regional annual business plan, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Decompose and evaluate targets to drive performance.
2. Problem Solving & Risk Management:
- Identify and resolve operational issues and risks.
- Analyze business performance, propose improvement strategies, and supervise implementation.
3. Process Optimization:
- Streamline business and functional processes to eliminate bottlenecks and improve efficiency.
- Monitor and evaluate key projects and tasks.
4. Sales & Channel Management:
- Oversee customer/installer development, negotiations, contracts, and payments.
- Ensure adherence to standardized sales processes.
5. Target Management:
- Collaborate with headquarters to set and track sales targets.
- Analyze performance data, develop improvement plans, and ensure execution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in operations/sales management, ideally in energy or related industries.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English and Chinese
