Responsibilities
This role will be part of our worldwide Sales Operations team focused on driving analytical and strategic support to our sales organization by providing proactive business insights. The Senior Sales Operations Analyst will support GTM leadership team in producing accurate sales forecast, reporting and various sales performance analytics to assist sales team in growing the business and reducing churn.
A successful SSOA will be highly motivated, a self-starter and a great team player. High standards and attention to detail are a must to produce quality work.
- Sales Data Analysis: Dive deep into data and drive improvements in our sales process and policies through analytics. Analyzing sales data to support decision-making and measure impact on sales and marketing initiatives
- Sales Forecasting Analytics: Provide accurate sales forecasts by analyzing historical sales data and open sales pipeline. Collaborate with sales leaders to plan and allocate resources effectively
- Reporting and Dashboards: Create and manage standardized reports, dashboards, and metrics to deliver actionable insights and align with team goals
- Collaboration: Partnering with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Business Intelligence to implement and improve new processes based on data findings
- Data Quality Management: Maintaining data quality and consistency in sales and marketing systems
- Sales Processes Optimization: Work with key stake holders to develop, standardize, and optimize processes to improve efficiency and predictability across Sales and GTM function. This includes managing the sales pipeline and workflows, ensuring that all sales activities align with the company's goals
- Ad Hoc Projects: Take on additional tasks as needed to support team goals and company objectives
Requirements
- At least 3+ years of experience in sales/revenue operations, business operations or a related field within a SaaS environment is a must
- Strong data analysis skills with experience analyzing complex datasets
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in Enterprise business and Sales experience is a plus
- Experience in Salesforce, Dynamics 365 (CRM/ERP), Tableau, Power BI and Excel
- Nice to have: Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming language such as SQL for data querying.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; German is a plus
- Effective verbal and written communication skills to convey insights and recommendations
- Think and act entrepreneurially and have the ability to grasp complex interrelationships
- Enthusiasm, resilience, willingness to learn, and team spirit are among your main strengths
