Your mission
As a Revenue Operations Specialist at Matchory, your mission is to drive automation, efficiency, and data-driven decision-making across all commercial and business processes. You will leverage AI tools, automation platforms, and best practices in process optimization to simplify workflows, eliminate bottlenecks, and enhance scalability. Your role is to identify inefficiencies, implement intelligent automation solutions, and continuously evaluate where we have untapped potential to improve performance. By ensuring seamless integration of systems, creating measurable processes, and providing actionable insights, you will enable our teams to work smarter, make data-backed decisions, and ultimately accelerate Matchory’s growth.
Responsibilities
Process Optimization & Automation: Identify inefficiencies across business and commercial processes, implement AI-driven automation solutions, and continuously optimize workflows to improve efficiency and scalability.-
AI & Tech Integration: Leverage AI tools and automation platforms to enhance operational performance, reduce manual work, and create data-driven decision-making processes.

Data & Reporting: Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights and ensure business decisions are based on accurate, real-time data.

CRM & System Management: Oversee and optimize CRM (HubSpot) and other operational systems to ensure seamless integration, data consistency, and high adoption across teams.

Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to align goals, streamline processes, and drive revenue growth.

Continuous Improvement: Regularly assess workflows, identify potential automation opportunities, and implement scalable solutions that enhance performance across all business areas.

Training & Enablement: Provide training and support to teams on new automation tools, best practices, and data-driven decision-making to foster a culture of operational excellence.
Requirements
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field.-
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or similar role with a strong focus on HubSpot CRM.

Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of HubSpot CRM, including automation, reporting, and data management capabilities.

Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze complex data sets and translate findings into actionable strategies.

Problem-Solving: Proven track record of identifying inefficiencies and implementing effective solutions.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

Project Management: Experience in managing projects, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
