Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Chief Financial Officer to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in financial services and public accounting, with expertise in regulatory reporting and financial auditing. This role is essential for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting the overall financial health of the organization.
Responsibilities
· CFO would be responsible for overseeing the financial operations within a healthcare organization.
· Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
· Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, including invoicing and payment processing.
· Perform general ledger reconciliation and balance sheet reconciliation to maintain accurate financial records.
· Conduct payroll processing and ensure timely payment to employees while adhering to regulatory requirements.
· Assist in regulatory reporting, ensuring all necessary documentation is submitted accurately and on time.
· Collaborate with internal teams to support financial audits and provide necessary documentation as required.
· Support private equity transactions by preparing relevant financial reports and analyses.
· Maintain organized records of all financial transactions and documentation for easy retrieval.
· As part of the administrative leadership team, participate in strategic planning, accounting, and coordination of funds
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
· Proven experience in public accounting or financial services is preferred.
· Strong knowledge of regulatory reporting requirements and compliance standards.
· Proficiency in general ledger reconciliation, accounts receivable, payroll processing, and balance sheet reconciliation.
· Experience with financial auditing processes is a plus.
· Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
· Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
