JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Operations Manager to collaborate with our sales team while overseeing invoicing and inventory management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing operational processes, and ensuring optimal inventory levels to meet customer demands. This role is crucial for driving sales growth and enhancing overall operational efficiency.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Team Leadership: Hire, train, and mentor sales representatives to improve performance and achieve sales targets.
· Sales Strategy Development: Create and execute effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and maximize market opportunities.
· Performance Tracking: Monitor sales metrics, analyze performance data, and provide regular updates to senior management.
· Inventory Management: Collaborate with inventory management to forecast demand, ensure product availability, and address inventory issues affecting sales.
· Invoicing Oversight: Manage the approval process for sales orders and invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
· Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction with invoicing processes.
· Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, finance, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment in sales strategies and operational initiatives.
· Forecasting: Prepare sales forecasts and analyses to assist in budgeting and strategic planning.
· Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve sales processes, invoicing, and inventory management to enhance efficiency and customer experiences.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
· Experience: Proven experience in sales management, operations, or a similar role, with a solid understanding of sales, inventory, and invoicing processes.
· Skills: Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and organizational skills; proficiency in CRM and inventory management software.
· Results-Oriented: Ability to set and achieve ambitious sales goals while driving operational excellence.
