Job Summary
Leads ongoing efforts to ensure maximum readiness to sell and market Molina products in Medicare, Marketplace, and Medicaid lines of business.
Job Duties
- Deliver ongoing Quality assurance audits for all telephone centers in sales and marketing, ensuring audit efforts drive continued compliance and constantly improving sales results.
- Oversee Annual Enrollment Period and Open Enrollment Period preparations. Develop and execute cross departmental project plan, coordinating efforts from Marketing, Sales Engagement, Training, Communications, IT, Enrollment Processing, Broker Support Unit, and all sales channels to drive maximum sales performance.
- Drive ad hoc project management efforts in support of emerging departmental priorities. Measure and report project results.
- Lead sales compensation processing, including monthly data collection and reporting, auditing compensation payments, submitting payout details to payroll, and commission reporting for sales performance.
- Oversee preparation of monthly and quarterly commission data to present to Finance and Sales leaders
- Partner with Finance team to develop commission structure(s) each year
- Maintain all sales and marketing policy and procedure documents.
- Provide onboarding support for telephonic vendors as needed.
- Oversee delivery of all training efforts for all sales channels. Includes initial onboarding, all recurring and refresher training.
- Respond quickly and effectively to all ad hoc training requests, delivering focused skills and knowledge.
- Manage all employee-facing communications within the Sales and Marketing organization. Ensure regular communications via established methods deliver timely and meaningful information to the appropriate audiences.
- Drive engaging communications in response to needs for quarterly all hands and ad hoc needs.
- Deliver recurring operational communications to broker partners, ensuring engagement and establishing understanding of Molina’s goals, requirements, and products.
- Provide workforce management support to the operations team. Schedule and track agent activities.
- Drive ongoing effort to improve employee engagement, using employee feedback to identify opportunities and working with team of front line employees to develop and deploy impactful changes.
- Lead annual employee engagement efforts by chartering and guiding team of employees to understand and address opportunities.
- Hire, train, and lead a strong multi-disciplined team, able to manage the day-to-day details across the varied processes and subject matters outlined above.
Job Qualifications
REQUIRED EDUCATION:
High School diploma or GED required
Bachelor’s degree in Business or Healthcare Management preferred
Required Experience/Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- 10 years of previous work experience and working knowledge of sales and marketing support processes
- Strong project management background
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Strong people leader with experience leading multiple complex functions simultaneously
- Identifies and responds to emerging needs, both tactical and strategic, with little or no direction.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills. Able to influence senior leadership using both qualitative and quantitative information.
- Experience aligning individual department efforts with strategic requirements.
- Able to support and prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure
- Detail oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong work ethic
- Experience leading at least three of the following functions: Training, Communications, Agent Engagement, Commissions processing, PMO, Quality, Work Force Management
- Experience using advanced Excel to extract and manipulate data
- Six Sigma certification a plus

Pay Range: $135,391 - $275,491 / ANNUAL
