Sales Operations Analyst
Reporting to the Director of Business Operations, the Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for assisting the sales team in completing operational tasks required to close or progress a deal, including but not limited to:
- Building customer quotes and reviewing quotes that contain exceptions to standard pricing policies.
- Acting as a liaison between the field sellers and the other departments/manufacturers/distributors to solve problems that could hold up progression of the sales process.
- Maintaining a high level of accuracy when quoting and submitting orders.
- Keeping renewal deadlines organized and ensuring renewals are processed in a timely manner.
- Build strong relationships with our Sales team, manufacturer, and distribution partners to understand opportunities to utilize programs and rebates to maximize returns.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience.
- Team player who pushes to do what’s best for their customer, whether internal or external.
- Experience with the Channel business model.
- Proven ability to build strong, cross-functional working relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to work within a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Analytical, critical-thinking, problem solver.
- Salesforce, SharePoint and Excel experience preferred.
- Organized and able to work on both long-term projects and requests requiring a quick turnaround.
- Strong communication skills.
