Job Title: Operations Coordinator / Business Operations Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Dispatching: Coordinate the dispatch of orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Bill Payments: Manage accounts payable by ensuring all bills are processed and paid on time.
- Meeting Coordination: Set up internal and external meetings, including managing calendars, booking venues, and ensuring all logistics are in place.
- Staff KPI Management: Track and report on internal staff performance, ensuring KPIs are met and assisting in performance reviews.
- Technology Research: Stay updated on emerging technologies, particularly those relevant to IOTTAG’s products and operations, and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Lead Generation: Research and identify new leads for potential customers, assisting with outreach and qualifying leads.
Skills and Experience:
- Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable researching new technologies and managing software tools.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication for meeting coordination, staff management, and lead generation outreach.
- Proven Experience in Admin/Operations: Prior experience in an operations, admin, or project management role would be ideal.
- Lead Generation Experience: Knowledge of tools and strategies for identifying and nurturing leads.
