Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced SAP CPQ Developer/Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, coding, and testing SAP Configure Price & Quote (CPQ) solutions for various clients. You will contribute to the maintenance, enhancement, and development of SAP CPQ applications, ensuring that they meet client requirements while maintaining the highest standards of quality and performance.
Your daily responsibilities will include engaging with stakeholders to gather business requirements, designing solutions, writing efficient code, and performing thorough testing. You will also be responsible for providing guidance to junior team members and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Subject Matter Expert (SME): Serve as a subject matter expert on SAP CPQ, providing guidance and leadership to the team.
- Solution Design & Implementation: Design, configure, and develop SAP CPQ solutions to meet specific business requirements.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, understand their needs, and translate them into technical solutions.
- Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code that adheres to best practices and industry standards.
- Testing & Debugging: Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure the functionality and quality of the software.
- Code Reviews & Mentoring: Conduct code reviews, provide feedback, and mentor junior team members to ensure the delivery of high-quality code.
- Agile Practices: Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Continuous Learning: Stay up to date with the latest SAP CPQ technologies and trends to ensure cutting-edge solutions.
- Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: Assist in identifying and resolving software defects and performance issues, ensuring seamless application performance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with other teams, such as SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Commerce Cloud, to deliver integrated solutions.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must-Have Skills:
- SAP CPQ Proficiency: Strong expertise in SAP Configure Price & Quote (CPQ) design, configuration, and customization.
- Software Development: Solid experience in software development, including writing efficient and maintainable code.
- Integration Knowledge: Experience with integrating SAP CPQ with other SAP and third-party systems.
- Business Requirements Gathering: Proven ability to collaborate with business teams to gather and understand requirements, translating them into technical solutions.
Good-to-Have Skills:
- Familiarity with SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Commerce Cloud.
- Experience with SAP CPQ APIs and extension development.
- Expertise in performance optimization and tuning of SAP CPQ solutions.
Additional Information:
- Minimum Experience: 6 years in SAP CPQ development or consulting.
- Educational Requirement: Must have completed 15 years of full-time education.
- Location: This position is open to candidates from PAN India.
- Certifications: SAP-related certifications are beneficial but not mandatory.
