CMC is a leading civil construction company with a clear vision for growth and long-term financial success. With a strong foundation and ambitious plans for expansion, we are seeking an exceptional Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to drive financial strategy, optimise asset performance, and enhance financial governance at the highest level.
As a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, the CFO will play a pivotal role in ensuring financial strength, improving operational efficiency, and positioning the company for long-term financial sustainability.
This includes oversight of capital structuring, risk management, taxation strategy, and insurance, including bonds and credit enhancement instruments.
This is a rare opportunity for a highly experienced financial leader to influence the strategic direction of a business on a strong growth trajectory. The successful candidate will:

Develop and execute a financial strategy that supports scalability and sustained profitability;

Oversee capital allocation, investment planning, and financial governance;

Lead tax structuring, compliance, and risk management to optimise financial outcomes;

Manage insurance portfolios, performance bonds, and credit enhancement strategies;

Engage with banks, investors, and insurers to ensure financial agility and resilience;

Build and lead a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
This role is suited to a seasoned CFO or senior finance executive with experience in large-scale infrastructure, construction, or heavy industry. You will bring:
