We are looking for someone to join the Sales Team as a Sales Operations Associate, reporting to the Chief Operating Officer. This role will work directly with the Institutional Sales team, leveraging strong analytical skills and systems capabilities to enhance our reporting infrastructure, with the goal of driving strategic insights into our sales pipeline and conversion activities. The Associate should be proficient in Salesforce and qualified as an administrator.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Provide comprehensive and timely Salesforce support to the Sales Team.
- Act as primary Salesforce Administrator modifying objects to suit end users.
- Build and maintain reporting and dashboards for users of Salesforce
- Support the integration of new and existing systems into Salesforce
- Collaborate with stakeholders across teams to ensure smooth workflows and processes
- Build lead and revenue attribution models
- Monitor quota attainment, and work with finance teams to track and reconcile commission plans
- Create documentation for teams working out of Salesforce
- Ensure data integrity and overall pipeline hygiene
- Other CRM and backend infrastructure analysis and execution as assigned.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
- Salesforce Admin experience
- A relentless & optimistic attitude, dedication to detail, and passion for crypto finance
- 4+ years of experience in tech, startup or entrepreneurship (esp. strategy or product ownership), and or within investment banking or management consulting
- Strong Analytical, quantitative, and modeling skills with Excel, and/or SQL.
- Highly organized, and a systems thinker.
- Curious and passionate about new concepts, businesses, and more.
- Ability to analyze complex topics, find the signal in the noise but communicate simply.
- Execute on projects quickly and with a high quality bar.
- Can work cross-functionally with a diverse management team and other key stakeholders.
- Thrives on ambiguity. Prefers to work on problems using data.
