The Role
We are seeking a contract GTM Recruiter to join our team and play a pivotal role in expanding and shaping our growing GTM organization. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Talent, you will lead the end-to-end recruitment process, proactively scaling our Marketing team while also building strong talent pipelines for key Sales and other go-to-market roles.
This role requires a proactive, resourceful recruiter with strong sourcing expertise, capable of driving growth by identifying and securing top-tier talent. You will partner closely with our Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), who oversees both Sales and Marketing, to align hiring efforts with business objectives and ensure we attract exceptional talent to Ceros.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for GTM roles, ensuring a smooth, positive candidate experience.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to deeply understand the competencies and requirements of each role, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Utilize creative sourcing methods to access a wide array of talent pools, incorporating unconventional sources to broaden our reach.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to our hiring managers, offering insights on market trends and best practices in hiring.
- Proactively build talent pipelines for future hiring needs by engaging with passive candidates and maintaining relationships with potential hires.
Practical stuff we anticipate you having
- 5+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
- 3+ years of full-cycle GTM recruiting experience, with a strong focus on scaling Marketing teams and building Sales talent pipelines, specifically for enterprise B2B hires.
- Demonstrated success in using proactive and creative sourcing strategies, with a demonstrated ability to attract and engage passive candidates.
- Track record of partnering with C-level executives (CMOs and/or CROs) to drive strategic hiring initiatives in high-growth tech startups.
- Experience with Greenhouse or similar ATS is preferred.
- Strong understanding of the competitive landscape and how to engage top talent in the enterprise tech industry.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire candidates and influence hiring decisions.
