The Team & Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and exceptionally bright MBA graduate to join our Product & Technology (P&T) leadership team as a Business Operations Manager. This role will be instrumental in driving the operational effectiveness of our global P&T organization, ensuring seamless execution of our strategic priorities, and facilitating effective communication across the team and with senior leadership. This is a high-impact opportunity for a driven individual to contribute significantly to the growth and success of a dynamic technology company.
Responsibilities
- Rhythm of Business (ROB): Manage and optimize the P&T ROB, including planning, execution, and reporting of key meetings, reviews, and communication cadences. This includes preparing materials for executive staff meetings.
- Strategic Planning Support: Support the CPTO and P&T leadership team in developing and executing strategic plans, including roadmap planning, resource allocation, and performance tracking.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between P&T and other departments, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
- Special Projects: Lead and manage special projects as assigned by the CPTO, often involving cross-functional teams and requiring strong project management skills.
- Lightweight Chief of Staff Duties: Act as a thought partner to the CPTO, anticipating needs, managing information flow, and ensuring follow-up on key action items.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze operational data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement. Develop and deliver clear and concise reports and presentations to senior leadership.

Your Experience
- MBA required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a technology-related field (e.g., software development, product management, technical consulting, or similar).
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, including strong presentation skills.
- Proven ability to lead meetings and facilitate discussions with senior executives.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Demonstrable ability to quickly learn and synthesize new information.

The base pay details represent the annualized salary range for the posted position. While we share a comprehensive range, a candidate’s final base salary will fall within these guidelines and will be determined based on multiple factors including but not limited to: qualifications of the candidate, job related knowledge, prior related experience, specific and unique skills, the location of the role, internal equity and internal budget. Base Pay Details
$97,500—$146,200 USD
