Schedule: Osaic has returned to the office on a hybrid schedule requiring a minimum of 4 days weekly in the office. Non-remote employees must be willing to work this schedule. Given the regional and travel requirements for this position, Osaic is open to remote applicants for this position.
Role Type: Full time
Salary: $48,000 - $50,000 per year + annual bonus
Actual compensation offered will be determined individually, based on a number of job-related factors, including location, skills, experience, and education.

Summary
This position will serve as the Operations Analyst partner for Signature Distribution and support to the SVP, Head of Signature Life and RMC along the Signature VP’s reporting to them. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to collecting, analyzing, and presenting relevant data to assist in enhancing the sales process along with administrative support as needed. The position requires exemplary written and verbal communication skills to provide general assistance in a variety of different projects and functions.
Responsibilities
Collect, Analyze, and Present Data:
- Utilize multiple internal reporting systems to retrieve data and combine and present to give insight into trends
- Provide data for each of the SVP’s/Sales representatives to the Divisional Vice Presidents and Head of Signature Life that will enable them to evaluate work performance in stated intervals
- Work with the Marketing Team to launch and communicate Journeys trough Sales Force
- Be proficient and able to train SVPs in CRM/Sales Force and field questions as needed
- Collect and assist in instituting Sales Goals for the SVP’s
- Gather monthly information from relevant sources to assist in monthly projections for the Sales teams
- Monitor and resolve conflicts brought to the Data Steward in box
- Schedule meetings as needed for Head of Signature Life and assist with other admin responsibilities
- Collaborate with IT and Data Analysts to ensure data in CRM/Sales Force is accurate and reflective of current ownership
- Prepare, present, and distribute sales data and conduct analysis to provide insightful reports to help the Head of Signature Life make informed decisions
- Provide reports on coverage and gaps to territories to assist in assigning Sales VP’s
- Be responsible for the administrative piece when it comes to on-boarding new hire SVP’s
- Be responsible for the administrative functions of terminated VP’s and documentation on systems
Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in financial services, or related field, H.S. Diploma or GED certificate + Significant Practical experience will be considered
Basic Requirements
- Prior experience in an insurance environment or GA
- Prior experience with Power BI and Sales Force
- Advanced skills with Microsoft excel and working with a large data set
- Detailed oriented, organized, and good with numbers
- Strong presentation and communication skills, strong critical thinking skills
- Driven, creative and ability to develop innovative ideas and solutions
