The Role
Our Mission at Emerging Brands is “To incubate, nurture and scale high potential brands by leveraging our strategic insights and innovative thinking and formulaic GTM -process”.
This role tracks and updates key milestones from product triad, merchandising, marketing, and commercial teams in line with seasonal calendars, manages Monday.com boards and calendars, and facilitates communication of key milestones to stakeholders. Additionally, the role provides operational support for logistics, site visits, facilities, and vendor management, while co-leading meetings to track project progress and follow up on action items.
The position works closely with the Senior Manager to plan and manage key milestone meetings, integrating feedback from regional and global teams to improve meeting effectiveness across various formats (in-person, hybrid, remote). The position leads survey creation and analysis to gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Responsibilities include overseeing the scheduling of checkpoint meetings, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met, and developing standardized tools for consistent execution across Product Management, Development, Planning, Marketing, and Design teams. The role also drives issue resolution and alignment among cross-functional stakeholders to improve operational excellence.

Your Impact
The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to:

GTM Planning & Process Management

Lead with the development of standardized tools that enable Product Management, Product Development, Planning, Marketing and Design teams to consistent and clear execution, under the direction of the Senior Manager

Manage issue resolution and support in driving alignment among cross-functional stakeholders regarding opportunities to improve operational excellence within the organization

Track and update all key milestones and deliverables from the product triad, merchandising, marketing, and commercial teams are up to date with each updated seasonal calendar

Manage and update Monday.com boards and calendars, ensuring they are filled in, accurate, and up to
-
Facilitate the communication of all key milestones to key stakeholders, including reminders, milestone dates, overviews, and templates

Set up global milestones in calendar: GTM 1, 2, 3 and post-season analysis

GTM Global & Regional Communication

Partner with the Senior Manager to prepare and refine input materials for key GTM meetings, ensuring high-quality and timely deliverables.

Oversee the adherence to established deadlines and timelines for all deliverables, ensuring efficient project execution.

Lead the development of templates for various milestones, streamlining the process for quick and efficient email distribution, under the supervision of the Senior Manager

Manage a Meeting Coordinator to update contact and distribution lists for key milestone communications, ensuring accurate and timely meeting invitations.

Meeting and Event Planning & Logistics

Partner with the Senior Manager to strategically plan and oversee key milestone meetings, ensuring input from regional and global teams is effectively integrated to drive continuous improvements in meeting structure and execution, across in-person, hybrid, or remote formats. Lead the creation, distribution, and analysis of surveys to collect feedback on milestone meetings and identify areas for improvement.

Oversee the scheduling of critical checkpoint meetings for the product triad, including hand-off and review sessions, ensuring proper calendar management.

Ensure adherence to workback timelines and deadlines for milestone deliverables, including creative projects, sample organization, and related tasks.

Supervise a Meeting Coordinator and provide comprehensive operational support, coordinating logistics, site visits, managing facilities, and handling vendor relationships.

Co-lead meetings to track project progress, discuss new tasks, and ensure proper follow-up on action items and next steps.
Who You Are

Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of experience

3-4 years experience working in a Global organization across functions such as Marketing, Merchandising, Sales, Operations,

Understanding of Microsoft Office, Monday.com and WorkFront or similar project management software.

Experience managing GTM calendar and process is preferable

Excellent project management and organization skills with impeccable attention to detail

Ability to prioritize, multitask and adjust in a dynamic, fast-changing environment while driving results and maintaining a high level of accountability

Direct experience with managing multiple projects, timelines and deliverables

The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in our Goleta, CA location. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
