As CFO, you will be a key leader driving financial strategy, operational efficiency, and business growth. You will oversee finance, accounting, reporting, and internal controls while ensuring strategic alignment and high-performance financial management. This role will work closely with sales, operations, and the wider leadership team to provide analysis and strategic input into commercial decisions.
Experience in the banking industry as well as manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning, reporting, and analysis.
- Oversee ERP implementation and financial process improvements.
- Support M&A initiatives, financial due diligence, and integration.
- Ensure compliance, risk management, and internal controls.
- Develop and mentor a high-performing finance and IT team.
Ideal Candidate
- Education: Bachelor's in Finance or Accounting; MBA and/or CPA/CMA/CFA preferred.
- Experience: Experience in the banking industry as well as manufacturing. 10+ years in financial leadership, including CFO/VP Finance roles in manufacturing/distribution.
- Expertise: Strong operational finance background, ERP implementation, and financial controls.
- Skills: Strategic thinker with excellent communication, relationship-building, and commercial acumen.
- Leadership: Proven ability to drive continuous improvement, manage change, and oversee complex projects.
- Work Style: Hands-on, analytical, adaptable, and effective in a lean, team-oriented environment.
- Flexibility: Ability to balance in-depth financial detail with big-picture strategy; remote and on-site work capability.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $166,950.00 per year
