About The Role
As the Senior Sales Ops Exec, you will play a key role in optimising sales processes, ensuring data accuracy, and improving the efficiency of sales operations. You will support the Sales Ops and Enablement Team by analysing sales performance, maintaining CRM and sales tech stack integrity, and providing insights that drive decision-making.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, systems, and cross-functional teams to drive commercial success.
Requirements
CRM & Tech Stack Management: Maintain and optimise the sales CRM (Salesforce) and other sales tools, ensuring data integrity and smooth workflows.
Sales Data Analysis: Collect, analyse, and interpret sales data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve sales effectiveness.
Reporting & Dashboards: Develop reports and dashboards that support forecasting, pipeline visibility, and KPI tracking for sales leadership.
Process Optimisation: Identify inefficiencies in sales processes and implement improvements to enhance productivity.
Training & Enablement: Support the sales team by delivering training sessions on CRM usage, sales tools, and best practices.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and compliance teams to ensure alignment on sales operations initiatives.
Forecasting & Performance Tracking: Assist in sales forecasting and monitor sales performance against targets, providing recommendations to leadership.
Support Sales Ops Projects: Contribute to projects such as CRM enhancements, automation, and technology implementations.
Skills
3+ years of experience in sales operations, CRM administration, or business analysis.
Proficiency in Salesforce (Salesforce Admin experience is a plus).
Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.
Excellent communication skills to interact with sales teams and leadership effectively.
Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Experience with sales automation tools and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work cross-functionally and build strong relationships within the organisation.

We offer a hybrid work approach with 3 days in the office.
Salary range for the role is between $50,000 - $56,000 per year.
