SUMMARY:
To support our growing footprint, we are seeking an Accounting and Business Operations Manager to performs a broad array of accounting-related work in collaboration with our outsourced Accounting & Controlling partner.
This role at Shoot 360 is the main internal role that leads our Accounting and Administrative business functions and works directly with all employees in the company, including regular interaction with the executive team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong financial acumen, a solution-driven mindset, and a positive attitude to support our company’s operational and strategic objective
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES other duties as assigned
1. Financial Management & Accounting Operations
· Oversee day-to-day accounting activities, including invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, treasury/cash management, and month-end close processes.
· Maintain accurate financial records, ensuring thorough documentation, reconciliations, and audits.
· Ensure ongoing compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
2. Construction Project Accounting
· Manage project accounting and financial reporting to help control gross margin and improve cost efficiency.
3. Franchise Information Management
· Maintain and oversee the core Franchise Information Database, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date records.
4. Operational & Cross-Functional Collaboration
· Work closely with external legal and accounting partners to facilitate smooth financial operations and compliance.
· Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline and enhance operational processes.
5. General Administration & Team Support
· Assist with various administrative functions as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
· Minimum of 5 years of accounting or business operations experience.
· Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and internal controls.
· Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaborative abilities.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, accounting software, and ERP systems, NetSuite experience preferred.
· Experience working with external legal and accounting firms preferred.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
