We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial strategy and operations of our India business. This role is ideal for a dynamic finance leader with a strong background in manufacturing, management, and logistics, who can drive financial excellence and operational efficiency. The CFO will play a crucial role in strategic planning, risk management, financial forecasting, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial Leadership: Oversee all financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to support business growth and operational efficiency.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop long-term financial strategies, investment plans, and cost-optimization initiatives.
- Manufacturing & Logistics Expertise: Drive cost control, financial analysis, and process optimization across manufacturing and supply chain operations.
- Risk Management & Compliance: Ensure regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, tax planning, and governance in line with industry best practices.
- Stakeholder Management: Work closely with investors, banks, auditors, and leadership teams to support business objectives.
- Operational Efficiency: Implement financial controls and ERP systems to improve transparency, reporting accuracy, and decision-making processes.
Qualifications & Experience:- Proven experience as a CFO (or senior finance leadership role) in a manufacturing and logistics-driven environment.
- Strong expertise in financial management, cost control, investment planning, and risk mitigation.
- In-depth knowledge of Indian financial regulations, taxation, and corporate governance.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- CA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification preferred.
