We are seeking a Sales Operations Manager to play a critical role on the BrainRobotics team. This role will focus on distilling various data sources and translating it into pragmatic sales and marketing enablement tools and processes. This position will oversee the systems, tools, and strategies needed for an effective go to market, ensuring that the sales and marketing teams have the resources and data they need to maximize performance. This position will help Leadership overcome business challenges, keep the sales reps highly engaged and work cross-functionally with other departments (Marketing, Finance, Customer Service, Legal and HR teams).
Responsibilities:
- Drive sales engagement by reporting on performance, tracking and managing suggested actions to sales leaders to support sales productivity
- Train sales reps on how to use market and CRM data, providing them with key insights and developing strong relationships to support success
- Build and automate Sales Reports, CRM and Business Intelligence dashboards to identify and track opportunities, priority customers and sales performance
- Own and maintain go-to-market tools and processes – ensure data integrity and consistency across platforms and departments including SAP, Salesforce.com, tracings and business intelligence dashboards
- Collaborate with Leadership and Finance to help develop and maintain comp plans, quotas, sales initiative programs, business agreements and commissions
- Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to define lead qualification processes and analyze campaign and initiative performance.
- Assist in receipt and management of monthly tracings from domestic and international distribution partners
- Oversee SalesForce.com, ensuring data integrity
- Track and analyze key performance metrics such as pipeline volume, win rates, sales cycle length, and forecast accuracy.
- Develop and manage commercial agreements

Requirements:
- Solid financial, and business acumen required
- 3+ years’ experience in sales insights/analytics, territory planning and/or sales operations.
- Proficient in CRM administration (Salesforce), database and BI visualization tools (SAP/Power BI/Tableau/PowerPoint/Excel)
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex data; distilling simple, actionable insights
- A strong listener, communicator, and presenter with the ability to work cross-functionally at multiple levels of the organization
- Impact focused, with excellent time management skills - ability to meet deadlines
- Knowledge of medical sales a plus
