Salary Range: 60,000 - 1,20,000 per month

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement financial strategies and budgets.
- Prepare monthly cash flow projections and analyses to support business decisions.
- Generate detailed monthly financial performance reports.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on financial results.
- Lead and manage the finance team, setting performance goals.
- Foster a collaborative work environment and provide constructive feedback for professional growth.
- Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, tax returns, and shareholder reports.
- Ensure adherence to financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain compliance with statutory laws and guidelines to safeguard the company’s financial practices.
Qualifications & Skills
- CA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification is preferred.
- Proven experience in financial planning, reporting, and compliance.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
- Expertise in accounting software and financial management tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
