Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – Manufacturing
Location: Northwest Pennsylvania
Our client, a leading manufacturing organization in Northwest PA, has exclusively retained PRSG® to identify a highly skilled Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead its financial strategy. Reporting directly to the President, the CFO will play a critical role in financial planning, profitability analysis, and systems optimization to drive long-term business success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Financial Leadership: Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business objectives to drive growth and profitability.
- Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to support data-driven decision-making.
- Manufacturing Finance Expertise: Manage cost accounting, pricing analysis, and profitability assessments to enhance financial performance.
- Systems Optimization & Implementation: Lead ERP and financial systems improvements to streamline reporting and operational efficiency.
- Banking & Treasury Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with financial institutions, manage cash flow, and oversee financing arrangements.
- Risk & Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial regulations, internal controls, and risk management protocols.
- Executive Collaboration: Serve as a strategic partner to the President and leadership team, providing financial insights and recommendations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, preferably within manufacturing.
- Proven expertise in cost accounting, pricing strategies, and margin analysis.
- Experience leading systems implementation and process improvements (ERP, financial systems).
- Strong banking and treasury management experience, including lender relations.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic problem-solving skills.
