Job Overview
Are you passionate about translating great product ideas into powerful market-ready experiences? The Senior Manager, Product Go-To-Market (GTM) leads the GTM strategy and execution for initiatives driven by the T-Mobile for Business Product Team. In this highly collaborative and strategic role, you will ensure seamless customer and frontline experiences.
You’ll be at the intersection of product innovation, customer experience, and frontline success—working cross-functionally to turn great ideas into business outcomes. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker, collaborative leader, and experienced operator who can translate product strategy into clear, executable GTM plans.
You’ll lead a team of GTM experts to deliver seamless customer and frontline experiences while championing feedback loops and continuous process optimization.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and direct GTM strategy and the supporting roadmap including representation at leadership meetings
Provide coaching, feedback, project guidance, and development to employees
Oversee the execution of analysis and resolution of product issues impacting customers and employees
Prepare departmental communications and provide status for key projects and metrics
Oversees teams and/or manages the execution of creating business process mapping and documentation
Build key relationships with internal/external business partners
Guides team to proactively find customer experience opportunities and owns subsequent solutions that ensure seamless GTM launch planning and support of new products & services

Education:

Bachelor's Degree (Required)

Work Experience:

4-7 years Team Leadership and Development experience. (Required)
4-7 years Wireless experience required. (Required)
4-7 years Analytical experience. (Required)
Strong Stakeholder Management Experience (Required)
More than 10 years formal project management work experience. (Required)

Base Pay Range: $112,900 - $203,700 Corporate Bonus Target: 20%

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year.
