Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for client communications, ensuring professional, timely responses.
- Process and organize essential business paperwork, including contracts, service agreements, and compliance documents.
- Work closely with business owners to optimize workflows, improve customer interactions, and streamline administrative processes.
- Assist with advertising, branding, and marketing strategy, ensuring businesses present a high-end, professional image.
- Utilize advanced software tools (CRM systems, project management tools, and AI-driven platforms) to manage and enhance client experience.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to help small businesses refine their strategies.
- Develop creative solutions to increase revenue streams, improve customer retention, and drive business efficiency.
- There will be times when you’ll need to roll up your sleeves and help process client documents into QuickBooks, Google Drive, and other platforms to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, or a related field (Juniors and Seniors only, 3.0 GPA minimum).
- Strong customer service, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Passion for helping small businesses grow and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and business management software.
- Experience with marketing, social media, or brand development preferred but not required.
- A self-starter with the ability to think strategically, identify opportunities, and solve problems creatively.
