We’re looking for apassionate, dynamic, and hands-on leader to join our team as a Small Business Operations Lead. If you’re someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys problem-solving, and knows how to keep things running smoothly, this could be the perfect fit for you.
What You’ll Be Doing:
As our Small Business Operations Lead, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring our businesses operate efficiently, thrive, and stay aligned with our mission. Your role will be hands-on, varied, and impactful—making a direct difference to the growth and success of our small businesses across the UK.
You’ll be the bridge between senior management and our teams on the ground, ensuring clear communication and effective leadership.
You’ll travel across the UK to support different businesses, stepping in to troubleshoot, supervise, and improve operations where needed. (Yes, some overnight stays may be part of the adventure!)
You’ll help recruit and train new team members, making sure they’re aligned with our values and goals.
You’ll get involved with day-to-day operations, problem-solving, and leading teams to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Job Type: Full-time (or nearly full-time)
Location: UK-based with travel (some overnight stays)
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
