We're looking to add a Business Operations Analyst to this busy and fast-paced team.
The Role
We are seeking a Business Operations Analyst that is detail oriented and exhibits analytical thinking to optimise and improve business processes, enhance efficiency and support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will analyse operational data and processes, identify trends and improvements and provide actionable insights to drive business performance.
As a Business Operations Analyst your responsibilities will include, although not limited to:
- Analyse business operations, processes, and workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
- Work closely with finance, sales, customer service te, production management and senior leadership to align operational goals with company objectives.
- Identify and implement automation opportunities to reduce manual efforts and increase efficiency.
- Develop and contribute to documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices.
- Support project management initiatives by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through presentations and reports.
To be successful in this role, you should be able to demonstrate:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or a related field or pharmaceutical related degree.
- 2+ years of experience in business operations, data analysis, or a related role.
- 2+ years of experience in GMP.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or Power BI.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Strong literacy skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various teams.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Knowledge of ERP and CRM systems is an advantage.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in identifying opportunities for operational improvements.
- Understanding of financial modelling and business performance metrics.
