Job Description:
The Head – Operations for the RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) business will be responsible for overseeing the growth and management of the RFID division, which includes strategy formulation, sales, marketing, and overall business development. This role requires an experienced professional with in-depth knowledge of RFID technology, business management skills, and a proven track record of driving growth in a technical and competitive market. The Business Head will lead a dynamic team and work closely with key stakeholders to expand the market presence of the company in RFID solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
• Develop and execute the overall business strategy for the RFID division, aligned with the company’s long-term objectives.
• Identify new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships to drive growth in the RFID business.
• Stay ahead of market trends, innovations, and competitors in the RFID industry.
• Ensure a comprehensive understanding of customer needs and emerging technologies to adapt business strategies accordingly.
Sales & Business Development:
• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve growth targets and improve market penetration for RFID products and solutions.
• Establish strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry influencers to drive business opportunities and long-term partnerships.
• Oversee lead generation, client acquisition, and account management efforts to ensure sustained revenue growth.
• Develop pricing strategies, sales forecasts, and business plans to achieve divisional objectives.
Team Management:
• Build, lead, and manage a high-performing team of professionals across sales, marketing, and technical departments.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, ensuring continuous learning and skill development.
• Drive a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability within the division.
Financial Management:
• Oversee the financial performance of the RFID division, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies to ensure financial targets are met.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities while maximizing revenue potential.
Product & Solution Development:
• Collaborate with the product development and engineering teams to enhance RFID offerings and ensure the solutions meet market demands.
• Ensure that the RFID products are competitive, meet industry standards, and are aligned with customer needs.
• Lead product and solution training programs for internal teams and customers to increase product adoption.
Marketing & Brand Awareness:
• Developing and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and visibility for the RFID division.
• Oversee digital marketing, content development, and lead-generation initiatives to promote RFID products and solutions.
• Representing the company at industry conferences, events, and seminars, establishing the company as a thought leader in the RFID space.
Customer Relationship Management:
• Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and addressing client concerns proactively.
• Build strong relationships with key clients and ensure that the company meets their expectations in terms of product quality, delivery timelines, and after-sales support.
