Yash Lasertek India Pvt Ltd is a growing organization in the sheet metal manufacturing industry. We are seeking an experienced CFO to lead our financial operations and contribute to our continued success. As a key member of our senior management team, the CFO will play a crucial role in shaping our financial strategy.
Responsibilities
The CFO will be responsible for the following:
Financial Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company’s long-term operational goals.
- Analyze financial data, trends, and market conditions to make informed decisions.
- Assess and evaluate the financial performance of the organization.
Capital Management and Financing:
- Take responsibility (either directly or via staff) for all cash management, investments, and budgeting.
- Explore financing options, including securing loans from banks without collateral.
- Optimize the capital structure to ensure efficient use of funds.
Risk Management:
- Perform effective risk management to safeguard the organization’s finances.
- Monitor financial reports, expenses, revenues, and tax obligations.
- Mitigate financial risks and identify opportunities for growth.
Financial Reporting and Compliance:
- Oversee the accounting and finance departments.
- Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Prepare financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Return on Capital Employed (ROCE):
- Analyze and improve the company’s ROCE.
- Implement strategies to enhance capital efficiency.
Leadership and Communication:
- Collaborate with other C-suite executives (CEO, COO) to align financial goals with overall business objectives.
- Communicate financial insights and recommendations effectively to the leadership team.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:
- Master’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (advanced degrees preferred).
- Proven experience as a CFO or in a similar financial leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of the sheet metal manufacturing industry.
- Familiarity with return on capital employed (ROCE) calculations.
- Ability to secure loans from banks without collateral.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Candidate must be based out of Pune,Maharashtra.
Compensation
The CFO position offers a competitive compensation package in the range of 20-25 Lacs INR annually.
