Working within the operations function and reporting to the Senior Revenue Operations Lead, the Revenue Operations Executive will play a pivotal role in supporting the wider operations team in all things data, systems and processes.
This role would suit an individual looking to build on existing marketing or sales operations experience from a previous position and would like the chance to join an innovative and exciting company. The successful candidate will be someone who is interested in pursuing a career in operations as well as willing to get stuck in and learn in a fast-paced environment.
The main focus of the role will be to maintain data hygiene on the CRM and support the marketing and sales teams with their day to day activities. Given the growth of Tillo and the newly created Revenue Operations team, there will be opportunities for growth for an individual who is interested in furthering their skills.

Ensure health of the CRM database, implementing data quality procedures whilst supporting data cleansing initiatives
- Supporting the marketing team with campaign execution. This will include data imports, data exports, creating templates, creating shared reports and facilitating a smooth and timely execution of campaigns
- Supporting the sales team with their prospecting activities
- Owning some of our tools and helping upskilling the sales and marketing team in the use of those tools
- Creating and updating documentation on all our processes and training materials
- Identifying and implementing improvements to our existing processes and data management to support our growth plans
Essential:
- At least 1 year’s experience in a marketing operations, sales operations or any other marketing/sales support role
- Salesforce, HubSpot or any other CRM experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite, as they will be required to use these platforms from the outset
- A can-do attitude
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Desirable:
- B2B and/or SaaS marketing experience
- Experience with project management and project management tools like Asana are a plus
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot sequences or other Sales enablement tools are a plus
