ROLE DESCRIPTION
As a result of continued growth, both organically and by acquisition, our client is looking for a Chief Revenue Officer to join the executive team, where they will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of all revenue-generating elements within the company.
The Chief Revenue Officer’s responsibilities include working closely with other executive team members to accomplish corporate strategic plans across existing and newly identified routes to market.
Ultimately, you will work closely with leaders, managers, and other executives to ensure the company achieves its goals in revenue generation throughout the year.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS

Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy in concert with the company’s market strategy
- Lead pre-sales efforts and manage the revenue pipeline
- Work with the Consumer Duty Champion to deliver and report on the company’s Consumer Duty and Vulnerable Customer strategies
- Engage with the Compliance and T&C functions to build and deliver CPD and professional development programmes
- Collaborate with the board to drive business objectives and revenue growth
- Define product marketing strategies and engage with ideal buyers and market segments
- Establish KPIs, analyse market trends, and drive demand generation activities
- Manage sales teams, customer success, and brand engagement initiatives
- Integrate revenue technology stack and optimise sales operations
- Build and manage high-performing teams, allocating budget effectively
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in Sales/Business Development management
- Chartered financial planner qualified or close to completion
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Willingness to travel nationally

- Working knowledge of IO back office
- High level of knowledge of cash flow planning tools
- Working knowledge of Dynamic Planner for risk profile tools
- Experience of adviser-oriented AI tools
