Job Summary:
Responsible for developing and project managing business analyses to drive the US business. This role will partner with the US commercial team to design a program intake process, and craft analysis of business investment opportunities. Must be able to clearly synthesize key financial insights in an executive summary, with a hyper-focus on program ROI.

Responsible for developing and project managing business analyses to drive the US business. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Experience building and executing business intake processes and project managing cross functional initiatives.
- Exceptional analytical skills in gathering large data sets and extracting actionable insights.
- Strong understanding of data reporting tools and business data structure.
- Ability to communicate complex business and finance concepts across a range of business functions.
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects at once.
- Proactive self-starter with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Expert level MS Office applications (notably Excel).

Education:

For U.S. locations that require disclosure of compensation, the starting base pay for this role is between $62,825.00 and $83,767.00 per year and may include cost of living adjustments. The actual base pay includes many factors and is subject to change and modification in the future. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation and benefits.
Essential Functions & Accountabilities:
- Develop and implement US deal desk intake and tracking process, including evaluating technology enablement solutions (internal and external).
- Drive the project management process for initiatives and analysis requirements of the Commercial Finance team.
- Hyperfocus on post program ROI analysis, institutionalizing program learning and building a suite of program options to maximize business opportunities.
- Partner with the US commercial team to develop long term customer planning process, focused on customer lifecycle management and segmentation (e.g. explode, grow, maintain).
- Establish dashboarding capability to share programming process tracking and program achievement against defined objectives / KPI’s.
- Assist in analyzing financial impact of contract negotiations and make recommendations that meet the need of both the business and the customer.
- Participate as the Finance partner in cross-functional teams tasked with the development and implementation of commercial programs and promotions.
- Develop business models and sensitivity analysis to measure business proposal’s effect on revenue and margin.
