Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The position is located in For Duchesne, UT (this is not a remote position). The CFO will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities, including financial planning, financial reporting, and the creation of financial statements. The CFO will also perform analytical tasks, manage financial risk, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Additionally, the CFO will collaborate with other executives to drive the company's financial strategy and operational growth.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Financial Planning, including budgeting and forecasting
- Experience with creating and analyzing Financial Statements
- Solid understanding of Finance principles and practices
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess and interpret financial data
- Proficient in Financial Reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA required (may consider an applicant nearing CPA completion)
- Experience with and knowledge of GAAP
